The purchase, development and site-specific utilisation of properties is one of our company’s points of focus. 

We are therefore always looking for premises that are suitable for inner-city shopping centres, business premises, retail parks and specialist retailers. These may include:

  • 1a und 1b inner-city locations,
  • undevolped plots of land,
  • industrial wasteland,
  • premises in need of restoration,
  • developed plots with demolished buildings or buildings that can be reused


They should be close to a busy road and clearly visible. The properties must not be subject to leasehold rights or lease contracts. 

A property should meet certain utilisation criteria: 

  • Inner-city shopping centre: size of plot from 6,000 sqm / catchment area from 100,000 inhabitants
  • Hypermarket: size of plot from 15,000 to 25,000 sqm / catchment area from 50,000 inhabitants
  • DIY centre with garden centre: size of plot from 20,000 to 50,000 sqm / catchment area from 50,000 inhabitants
  • Garden centre: size of plot from 10,000 to 20,000 sqm / catchment area from 50,000 inhabitants
  • Specialist retail market: size of plot from 3,000 to 15,000 sqm / catchment area from 30,000 inhabitants
  • Fast-food restaurant: size of plot from 3,000 to 6,000 sqm / catchment area from 20,000 inhabitants
